Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Savannah, GA within the Automotive Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Engineering Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis! Our client is the first dedicated EV mass-production plant boasting a highly connected, automated, and flexible manufacturing system.

Quality Control Engineering Specialist Job Summary

• $75K
• 6am - 6pm
• Direct Hire
• Full Benefits/Vacation/Holiday Pay/401K.
• Inspect incoming/raw materials and assemblies to make quality decision
• Investigate and analyze defective products and develop countermeasure
• Establish short-term/long-term measures to ensure smooth production
• Enhance suppliers’ quality level by conducting Supplier Process Audit(SPA) and reviewing their products, tools, and systems periodically
• Manage assigned products to meet internal/external customer requirements
  
  

Quality Control Engineering Specialist Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment.
• Quality Control Expertise: Demonstrated experience in inspecting materials and assemblies and developing countermeasures for defective products.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, and develop effective solutions.
• Process Improvement: Experience in enhancing quality control management systems and applying new technologies.
• Supplier Collaboration: Experience conducting Supplier Process Audits (SPA) and working with suppliers to improve product quality
