Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform and oversee regular in-process and final product quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet internal specifications and customer expectations.
- Lead and guide QA/QC personnel during 2nd shift operations.
- Conduct and document quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze inspection and audit data to identify trends and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to resolve quality concerns.
- Train shift personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
- Maintain thorough records of inspections, audits, and other quality activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with CGMP, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient with quality management systems and software tools.
