Sales Manager

Zing Recruiting has partnered with an industry leader in the Aerospace industry who seeks an experienced Technical Sales Manager. Experience within Electronics and battery power solutions is a PLUS! In this Sales Management role, candidate will be traveling up to 50% or as required based on business needs. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving strategic quotas for Aerospace and Defense customers by establishing multi-level relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves providing market intelligence, prospecting assigned accounts, and presenting products and services while managing account performance.

Responsibilities Include

• Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to develop & execute new business strategies
• Identify and track profitable new business opportunities through market analysis
• Maintain an understanding of the market, the competitive landscape and market share
• Develop and execute effective strategies to win competitive proposals while value-selling
• Assist representatives and distribution partners in creating new business opportunities
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular travel to customers, technical assistance.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business Field
• 3-7 years' Sales experience within Aerospace, Automotive or Medical Devices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to travel up to 50%
  
  

Positions offers a generous salary range depending on experience of between 100k and 145k. In addition there is a bonus potential based on performance.
