Talent Acquisition Contractor

Zing Recruiting has partnered with a mid-sized Utilities/Energy company to fill Talent Acquisition Contractor role in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where you will provide support the HR Talent team in assisting with the recruitment process for various roles. This position offers a hybrid work schedule where you will be in office Tuesday-Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities Include

• Support in-house recruiters and hiring managers to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates
• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Coordinate job postings, collecting and screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and assisting with reference checks
• Interface regularly with hiring leaders and HR on recruitment initiatives, candidate feedback, and recruitment process.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in an HR-related field
• Experience supporting the recruitment process
