Welder

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent aerospace manufacture in the Aurora IL area, is seeking a fabrications welder to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a leader in the industry offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Fabrications Welder Job Summary

Pay: $29.00 an hour

Shifts Available

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm

Monday to Friday

• Responsible for joining metal using different types of techniques to form new structures
• Tasks may include cutting and welding materials according to technical plans created
• Ability to use various hand tools (wire strippers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision and depth perception.
  
  

Fabrications Welder Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Windows.
• Basic math skills and ability to use basic measurement equipment (ruler, scale, calipers, tape measure).
• Ability to use various hand tools (wire strippers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Stooping, kneeling, standing for long periods of time.
