Zink has an immediate opening for an HR generalist to join our current HR team in Whitsett, NC.
We are looking for a “whatever-it-takes” human resources professional, who values people and who considers it a privilege to help make employees’ work experience a positive one.
This position is hands on, work in the office Monday through Friday and will be support for the HR Director, in a busy, growing company that supports company locations across the USA.
Our HR team is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits administration, payroll, Employee events, performance evaluations, employee relations, policy enforcement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, all while promoting a positive work environment and supporting employee needs across the organization.

Bilingual - Spanish
2-5 Years of HR on the job experience.
Strong written communication
Advanced MS Office Skills
