Welcome to ZinkPower - Waco. When you join our team, you become part of a passionate family dedicated to operating a newly built state of the art hot-dip galvanizing plant in Waco, TX.
We are currently hiring highly motivated individuals for the following positions:
- Racking Team
- Kettle Team
- Finishing Team
- Shipping and Receiving Team
Compensation:
- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
- Benefit package of medical, dental, vision, life and disability options for employee and family.
- 401k program
Physical Demands & Qualification:
- Majority of the time is spent standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and bending.
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to see at close range and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.
- Must follow all safety standards.
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions.
