We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Alumni Care Coordinator to join our team. The Alumni Care Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining strong connections with our alumni network, providing ongoing support, resources, and encouragement to individuals who have completed our treatment programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of addiction recovery, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with alumni of our treatment programs.
- Provide ongoing support to alumni through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate alumni events, support groups, and activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop resources and programming to support alumni in their recovery journey.
- Act as a liaison between alumni and our treatment team, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Track and maintain accurate records of alumni engagement and progress.
- Stay informed about developments in the field of addiction treatment and recovery to better support alumni.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of Certified Addiction Technician (CAT), required.
- Previous experience working in substance abuse treatment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of addiction recovery principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude.

Requirements:Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
