The ideal candidate will provide counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders, helping them to achieve and maintain recovery. This role requires a strong understanding of addiction, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
- Educate clients and their families about substance abuse, recovery strategies, and coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
