Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care for patients in their homes, including but not limited to medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and general nursing duties.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being during visits, following established care plans.
- Work closely with family members, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.
- Document all care provided accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to call-out requests, with the flexibility to cover shifts on short notice.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current LPN license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in private duty or home health care.
- Must be available to respond to call-outs with a 2-hour notice.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in a variety of patient care needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
