Salary range: $65,000- $82,000
The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Administrative Supervisor is a key contributor to Zinpro’s success by coordinating all activities around the office. Work will center around leading employees, organization of Quality System documents, maintaining quality records, administering company policies, and leading a variety of office activities as needed. Success in this position requires a passion to serve and lead. Others successes include knowledge of quality systems, basic HR, accounting, and operations processes, strong planning, organizational and technical skills, and people and performance management. This role is based in a Zinpro manufacturing plant.
Essential Functions
- Leads and provides work direction of office personnel and directs the execution of administrative tasks associated with accounting, human resources, customer service, and operations to support the corporate office.
- Responsible for Quality System document control, including facilitating development, revision, distribution and maintenance of Quality System policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Oversees shipping, receiving and purchasing processes and ensures all standards and expectations are met. Oversees overall inventory management of the site; oversees closing of manufacturing orders and maintains all records associated with manufacturing.
- Leads completion and maintains internal quality audit requirements and assists in the completion and filing of and corporate reports
- Manages Heads-Up forms, Corrective Action Requests, and plant KPI’s and metrics.
- Manages appointment calendar and travel schedule, arranges travel itineraries, and oversees the coordination of plant tours and functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
- Associate’s degree (AA) or Vo-Tech Degree or program OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 plus years’ relevant experience
- Minimum three years’ related related quality and office administration experience
- A working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Systems, production practices, and general office procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, continuous improvement and interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge and skills beneficial but not required.

Schedule Requirements
This position is expected to work within core business hours.
Travel Requirements
This position will work primarily at their home manufacturing plant facility and is expected to engage in company-sponsored travel approximately 10-15% of the time. Travel will consist primarily of visits to Zinpro Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing facilities.
