Senior Accountant will report directly to the Account Manager and will assist in the day-to-day financial operations. The candidate should be familiar with navigating through E-Commerce channels. This position will support and work with all areas of the specific account : account receivable & sales deduction management, ICFR, financial audit support, anti-dumping management and other daily tasks to help achieve the company’s financial goals.
Responsibilities : Cash Management
Assist in daily cash position monitoring and reporting.
Ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational requirements by tracking inflows and outflows.
Manage and monitor cash balances across various accounts
Banking Relations
Assist in managing relationships with banks.
Help with bank account setup, maintenance, and reconciliation.
Support in managing bank fees, terms, and other banking-related matters.
Treasury forecasting
Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, providing insights into future cash needs.
Track and report on short-term cash needs and long-term capital requirements.
Month-End and Year-End Support
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to AP, Bank, including accruals and reconciliations
Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits as required.
ICFR Support
Internal Control Evaluation and Testing
Documentation and Reporting
AP Admin & Other Responsibilities
Support in company credit card & insurance to setup, manage, and record its transaction
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., accounting, tax, financial planning) to ensure effective treasury operations.
Provide general administrative support to the department as needed.
Compliance & HQ Reporting
Assist in preparing reports on cash positions, banking transactions and line status for Korea HQ.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Deliver high-quality financial planning, analysis, and business decision support in terms of Sales and Actual Margin as well to the relevant teams
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
CPA, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, SAP.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred : Korean speaker to communicate with HQ (Bilingual)
