Responsibilities :
The IT Systems Support Technician is responsible for supporting the district's various IT systems. He / she will assist the LAN Administrator and IT Consultant in setting up and maintaining those systems and will assist and support staff and students in the day-to-day implementation of those systems.
Qualifications :
Minimum of an associate's degree in a related field or comparable certification and / or work experience. Two or more years of experience working in a help desk environment supporting software systems. Microsoft Windows or Cisco certifications and working with teenagers is a plus. Experience in public school technology environment preferred.
