About Us: Opening Summer 2025 Featuring 32 natural hot spring pools, 16 WorldSprings inspired pools, 3-barrel saunas, 3 cold dip pools, a large freshwater pool and whirlpool. Zion Canyon Hot Springs will be the premier hot springs facility in Southern Utah.

Hourly: $19-$24/Hour

Location: This position is based in La Verkin, Utah, with regular travel required to meet with potential and existing partners in the greater St. George and Greater Zion area.

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Partnership Coordinator to lead the sales efforts at Zion Canyon Hot Springs, a new hot springs destination experience that will be opening in Summer 2025.

This role involves establishing and cultivating partnerships with hotels, resorts, golf courses, and other destinations to drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for wellness and hospitality, and a proven track record in relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, golf courses, resorts, and other experiential destinations.

• Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and networking to introduce Zion Canyon Hot Springs to potential partners in the market.

• Qualify leads and set up meetings or tours with decision-makers at potential partner locations.

• Present our services and packages in an engaging, tailored way to fit the unique needs of each partner.

• Maintain regular communication with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new partnership opportunities.

• Provide ongoing support and ensure partners are equipped with the tools and knowledge to promote Zion Canyon Hot Springs effectively.

• Represent Zion Canyon Hot Springs at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

• Manage inbound inquiries from potential group bookings, ensuring a timely and professional response if they should occur.

• Prepare regular reports, tracking metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored packages, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and exclusive offers for partners that maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or luxury services industries.

• Strong understanding of the hotel, resort, and experiential destination markets.

• Ability to build relationships and trust with potential partners.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Highly organized and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with CRM software and tracking tools

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.

• Ability to travel frequently for in-person meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established network of relationships with industry professionals, including hotel management groups, resort operators, and key stakeholders in the wellness sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
