Position: IT Consultant
Location: The City of Santa Clara (City)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Conducts gap and risk analyses of existing processes and technology.
- Makes recommendations for improvements to Community Development projects.
- Supports change management processes and provides training materials.
Required/Preferred Qualifications
- Required: 5 years of IT consulting experience.
- Knowledge of AI, permitting systems, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with technology integration and modernization projects.
- Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred.
