Position Summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service to lead solution design, integration, and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Dynamics 365 with IVR systems and external applications, supporting large document handling, and ensuring performance tuning and security hardening for systems handling sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions tailored to business needs.
- System Integration: Lead integrations between Dynamics 365, IVR systems, and external platforms to optimize workflows and customer interactions.
- Large Document Management: Design solutions for handling and managing large documents within Dynamics 365, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Sensitive Data Handling: Implement best practices for managing sensitive data in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, CJIS, FedRAMP).
- Performance Tuning: Optimize Dynamics 365 performance through query optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure tuning.
- Security Hardening: Strengthen system security by enforcing role-based access, implementing advanced authentication, data encryption, and audit logging.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, project managers, and developers to translate requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership and best practices for system architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Documentation & Training: Develop technical documentation and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with IVR systems, external applications, and third-party services.
- Expertise in large document handling solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience in handling sensitive data and implementing security best practices in cloud-based environments.
- Deep knowledge of system performance tuning, database optimization, and API performance improvements. to Deep knowledge of system performance tuning, Azure Dataverse, and API performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, API integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Power Automate.
- Experience with security frameworks, data retention strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data migration strategies in Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Service Solution Architect).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
