Duties
- Deliver engaging sermons and teachings that inspire and educate the congregation.
- Provide bereavement support to families during times of loss, including conducting funerals and memorial services.
- Offer home and hospital support to individuals and families facing these issues.
- Plan and organize church events, including worship services, community outreach programs, and special gatherings.
- Lead Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other educational programs to deepen congregational understanding of Christian teachings.
- Mentor church members in their spiritual journeys, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with congregants to address their needs and concerns.
- Manage conflicts within the congregation with compassion and understanding.
- Present a positive image of the church in the community through outreach initiatives and public speaking engagements.
- Provide counseling to individuals seeking spiritual guidance or assistance with personal challenges.
