Job Title: Human Resources Professional - Part-Time Position
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our logistics company on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and will be responsible for various HR functions, including ADP payroll processing. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to contribute their expertise to a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
· ADP Payroll Processing:
- Manage the end-to-end ADP payroll process for the company, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Verify employee time and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Process payroll adjustments, deductions, and additions as necessary.
- Generate regular payroll reports and distribute payslips to employees.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
· HR Administration:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
· Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through effective communication and initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll processing.
· Strong knowledge of ADP payroll systems and processes.
· Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
· This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
