Team Lead - Event Specialist/Client Services

As a Event Specialist/Client Services Team Lead at Zion Outdoors - you will plan, schedule & travel to various locations such as fairs, festivals, and Dallas/Fort Worth TX community events, to engage with homeowners about improving their outdoor living experience.

By engaging with potential clients, As an Event Specialist Team Lead you will:

• Identify their unique outdoor hardscape situations and needs
• Provide brief presentations of our products and services
• Schedule for an in-home visit with our Designers
• Organize company giveaway contests
• Be responsible for set up and breakdown of the event booth

As part of our Lead Nurture Team, your Client Services responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to appointment requests and inquiries
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring efficient use of their time and optimizing geographic routes
• Confirm appointments with clients and provide them with essential information
• Generate leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, referrals and event leads
• Maintain a database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
• Nurture leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-ups
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally
• Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback and assess lead conversion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in appointment scheduling, lead generation, or administrative support
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, enthusiastic & confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Growth Mindset
• Evening and weekend availability
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using technology
• Ability to lift up to 30-45 lbs. and stand for long periods of time (4-8 hours)
• Experience in HomeServices is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

$21/hr base pay bonuses. Average pay range is $43,000 - $50,000annually with top producers capable of making $53,000 - $61,000 annually
