Position Description/Qualifications:
Full-time position as the Home Health Director of Clinical Operations at the company’s home office in St. George, UT. This position is responsible for the overall direction of the home health program. The Director of Clinical Operations establishes, implements and evaluates the goals and results of the home health program and is a primary owner of the quality, culture and collective results that the home health team produces. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and retaining the best team members is critical to success in this role. The Director of Clinical Operations will be available at all times during operating hours and will provide oversight of all patient care services and personnel including making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, assuring patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care. This position is regularly involved with the leadership team in the planning and execution of initiatives and efforts to achieve success in the company’s four key cornerstones: Clinical, Community, Culture and Finance. This is not simply a managerial or supervisory role; this is a leadership role that demands and rewards true ownership.
This position includes competitive compensation and performance-based incentives, a robust benefits package and comprehensive retirement plans, discussed upon interview. The anticipated total compensation range is $85,000 to $115,000, annually. Applicants must have an active Registered Nurse license, should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working independently, be solution-oriented, and be organized and proficient working on a computer and in an EMR system. Applicants must have the ability to supervise and direct clinical and other professional personnel, to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community. “Team player” and hard-working attitude required.
