We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate weekend nurse interested in 5-8 patient visits per weekend. Visits are compensated at $40 per visit.

Responsibilities:
We have a great team in St George, UT that works hard, enjoys their jobs, and has FUN together!
- Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing procedures
- Managing patients care within in the home setting
- Working in an EMR charting program
- Conducting patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
