JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Hospitality Representative/ Resort Service Agent
Reports To: Glamping Manager
SCOPE OF POSITION:
To ensure guest satisfaction by delivering quality service, consistency, and executing excellence through the entire guest experience. Ensuring seamless guest experience by working with and within the
Company’s management team and personnel. Giving personalized guest service and connecting emotionally to guests in a positive way.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY DUTIES: Quality Control
- Perform QA Inspections on Units daily before cleaners enter units.
- Perform QA Inspections on Units daily after cleaners are done with units.
- Perform QA Inspections on Units before guests arrive. Double check special requests from guests. Complete Hospitality Checklist for all items including but not limited to: o Checking cleanliness o Checking supplies o Checking equipment functionality such as lights, A/C, Burners o Check and maintain hot tubs including, emptying and refilling as needed o Check and clean all BBQ grills. o Checklist is provided
- Note all discrepancies in inspection workorders in reservation system. Give detailed list to
Glamping Manager.
- Create work orders for all equipment breakdown or maintenance items.
- Note Inventory items that need to be restocked or ordered. Work with Hospitality Manager to ensure that stock is replaced.
- Help create linen bundles for the following day housekeepers.
- Help with Laundry
- Always maintain a positive customer service attitude especially for our guests and interactions with our community.
OTHER DUTIES:
- On-Call Duties for reservations and maintenance as needed.
- Be able to provide backup for Reservations Specialist as needed.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as needed.
- Always communicate any problems or issues regardless of the severity to Management.
- Maintain a high level of communication within the department regarding relevant inter-department associates and guests.
- Other duties and work, as needed and directed by Management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for duration of shift
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other areas of the Resort on a timely basis.
- Must be able to lift, up to 50 lbs., heavy items, totes, luggage on a regular basis.
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50lb heavy carts and equipment.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stretch and lift to fulfill tasks.
- Must be able to use computers, which may cause eyestrain.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATES / SKILLS
- High School Certificate or Equivalent qualification
- Completion of (or working towards) completion of Hospitability qualification (desirable)
- 6 months in a similar role
- Experience in a resort or Hotel/motel Industry (desirable).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Willing to get a Food Handlers Permit if directed by Management.
- Possess knowledge of First Aid and CPR or be willing to gain it within 2 months of employment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
