We are seeking a Project Manager to join Zions Bancorporation. The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the Commercial Treasury business and Payment systems which are core functions of the bank. We are looking for an individual that is customer focused, flexible, adapts quickly to change, understands technology, and is constantly looking for ways of doing things better. You will have a proven ability to strategize and implement project initiatives through strong project coordination, delegation, and partnering with teams across the organization. You will be disciplined, highly organized, and results oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and overall coordination of enterprise-wide projects with cross-functional teams.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to high quality standards to meet the needs of the customers.
- Responsible for assembling status reports, project plans, teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis with your resources and teams. Assists in solution identification and assessment, vendor selection, and creation of business and financial cases for new initiatives.
- Identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews, assesses and mitigates risk. Escalates functional quality and timeline issues appropriately.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Understands Agile Methodologies & Scaling Framework. Will be responsible to coach agile teams as a scrum leader.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree.
- 4 years of relevant professional experience in program/project management processes, agile methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Scrum, Kanban) and tools, resource and change management practices, techniques or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of project management, including methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management.
- Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) highly desired or demonstrated equivalent experience and skill.
- SAFe Certifications are a plus.
Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
