What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Security Technician position at Zions Security Alarms?

We are looking for a technician that is experienced to help us with installs and service calls and that wants to learn more and progress in this industry. A license would be a plus.
Installs usually pay around $150-$250 and we usually install wireless systems. But we do some hardwired and some other outside the box installs.
We are looking for an experienced technician that knows how to install and service Qolsys IQ Panels and Alarm.com Cameras.
Must have experience, tools, transportation and be dependable.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools and low voltage equipment for cabling and electrical tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot security systems.
- Provide field service support, including system design and installation of IDS and sensors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on advancements in security technology and techniques.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
