As the Assistant you would work directly with the owner and other team members in the office. The job requires an energetic, upbeat, professional, hard working person, able to learn new things quickly, and multi-task well. As an Assistant dependability and punctuality are a must. There will be opportunities for advancement as the company grows.
Regular hours will be Monday through Friday, 4-7pm 15-20 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities
- Manage office duties, providing support and help to the owner
- Answer Phones and screen marketing calls
- Help create new leads by connecting them with the owner
- Schedule and coordinate new installations and service calls
- Data entry for new alarm customers
- Creating Work Orders
- Auditing customer accounts
- Creating invoices in and out of Quickbooks
- Managing Inventory
- Shipping and Receiving
- Maintaining Office Organization
- Helping customers with what they need when they call in (customer service and tech support)
Qualifications
- Very detail oriented
- Extremely organized with the ability to recall/find information
- Ability to multi-task
- Prior customer service experience.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Excellent Grammar skills to write letters, emails, and communicate professionally
- Friendly, Upbeat, Personable
- Comfortable working in a small office environment
