Our doctors and staff take great pride in offering every patient the absolute best experience, and our patient care coordinators are often the first contact with people. We are located at 1120 West Oak St., Suite 100, in Zionsville. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Zionsville Eyecare is an independent, locally owned optometry practice. We stand apart from our competitors because of our levels of service, involvement in the community, and expertise we share with our patients. We are expanding our services in our state-of-the-art facility so we’re looking for the right person who can:
- greet patients
- answer phones
- schedule appointments with our doctors or optical department
- be detail-oriented when gathering and documenting patient information
- communicate in a clear and concise manner with medical staff
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people
- Works well in a team-based environment
- Willingness to be trained while remaining humble and teachable
- Ability to give and receive recognition, feedback, coaching
- Available for a full-time schedule that includes rotation for early evenings and Saturday mornings
- High school diploma/GED required
