Want a seat at our table? Ziosk is looking for a highly experienced Director of Games to join our Innovation team.â¯The Game Product Manager will contribute to the overall success of several Ziosk products, with a focus on our Tablet devices which enable Server experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure our products meet the needs of our restaurant clients and their customers.
The Main Course – Responsibilitiesâ¯
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our online games, aligning product strategy with business objectives.
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns that effectively promote games and drive player engagement and retention.
- Drive market growth by identifying and tapping into new market segments and optimizing user acquisition strategies.
- Analyze market trends and player feedback to iterate and evolve game features continuously.
- Develop and refine monetization strategies to enhance revenue without compromising the player experience.
- Analyze in-game metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Use data analytics tools to monitor player behavior, revenue performance, and other KPIs.
What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management and/or game marketing.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the gaming market, current trends, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for video games.
