Want a seat at our table? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will collaborate with the team on new and ongoing customer implementations, technology refreshes, and select internal projects. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed. You should be a team player who is driven to succeed and knows how to have fun along the way!

The Main Course – Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Project Management and Implementation teams, offering support across all assigned projects as required

· Act as a liaison, coordinating and communicating effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors

· Attend relevant meetings, document key discussions and decisions, and maintain organized meeting minutes

· Proactively identify potential project challenges and risks, escalating when necessary for resolution

· Provide consistent and timely status updates to internal Ziosk teams, ensuring all parties are aligned

· Utilize NetSuite, Jira, and Smartsheet to track project progress, manage tasks, and monitor deliverables

· Oversee logistics for equipment management, including processing sales orders and monitoring shipment progress

· Ensure all project documentation, both internal and customer-facing, is organized and stored appropriately

· Support your peers with project management tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment

What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in managing timelines, documenting work efforts and establishing    actionable goals

· Flexibility and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment

· Experience working in Jira, Smartsheet, NetSuite, or other project management tools

· Basic technical knowledge of restaurant technology is a plus, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, touchscreen devices, Order and Pay-at-the-table solutions, handheld payment devices, access points (APs), Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
