What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Systems & Network Administrator (hybrid) position at Ziosk?
Senior Systems & Network Administrator
Welcome to Ziosk, where we empower restaurants to focus on what matters most: the guest experience!
Have you ever used a tablet to pay at a restaurant? We pioneered the pay-at-the-table concept and we’re cooking up a plan to transform the restaurant industry. Our recipe for success has been adapting and growing to exceed the needs of our clients, such as Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Chili’s and more – helping them create an experience that keeps guests coming back. Today we have a full menu of solutions, from hardware to software to cloud-based and AI driven products, all focused on helping them create the best guest experience possible to grow their bottom line.
Our secret sauce? Our people! Every day, they’re cooking up bold solutions, making Ziosk the leading pay-at-the-table provider in the industry.
Want a seat at our table? Ziosk is looking for a Senior Systems & Network Administrator to join our IT team. This role will work in a cloud-centric, SaaS-enabled, but hybrid ecosystem, still with a vital footprint of on-prem components. Responsibilities will focus on Microsoft Azure and Windows administration and on networking, rich with Aruba Wi-Fi. The mission of the role and team is to operate a wide array of IT technologies for both corporate and production contexts.
IT Pros at Ziosk employ a service-driven attitude and work independently to prioritize work requests and assigned projects, and to identify and foster improvements in technology or business processes under their own direction. The Administrator will initiate and perform changes on production systems and will proactively escalate or collaborate on work items with IT team members and cross-functional colleagues as necessary.
