What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Order Picker position at Zip Beverage?
Job Description:
- Pick all orders assigned to you daily
- Operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Maintain all electronic devices you are assigned to use
- Pick using proper blocks and tiers, wrap properly and marked with the correct paperwork for delivery
- Maintain a clean work area daily

Weekly Schedule:
- AM Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm or until done.
- PM Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 am or until done.
Compensation:
Base hourly rate up to $17.50/hour based on experience
Pay for performance: up to $.07 for each scanned product.
Average hourly rate after 6 months with pay for performance is 19.50-20.50 per hour
