Zip Express Transportation & Logistics is now hiring for an Operations Associate/CSR in our Louisville KY branch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound/Outbound packages & run daily reports
- Maintain accurate records-Customer returns
- Process Orders & Claims
- Make outgoing calls & communicate thru the day with Contract Drivers
- Build Customer Relationship
Applicant must have:
- Proficiency w/data base & Excel
- Customer Service & Shipping & Receiving Experience
- Positive Professional Attitude-Good People Skills
- Sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail
- Be able to lift up to 70lbs
Be a least 21 years of age, pass a criminal background check & drug screen.
Applicant will occasionally drive our company vehicle-must have a clean motor vehicle record.
This position is performed at our Louisville location and is not a remote job.
