- Safety First:

- Conducting pre-tour safety orientations, demonstrating proper riding techniques, and performing safety checks throughout the tour.
- Being proficient in course retrievals and rescues.
- Monitoring guest safety throughout the visit and ensuring all course operations are conducted according to safety standards.
- Guiding and Instructing:
- Guiding participants through the zipline course, providing clear instructions and support.
- Ensuring participants are properly geared up with harnesses and helmets, and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
- Keeping guests comfortable and engaged during the tour.
- Equipment and Course Maintenance:
- Conducting daily inspections of all course components and gear.
- Assisting with course maintenance efforts.
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each participant.
- Being friendly, approachable, and able to communicate instructions clearly.
