Cannabis Delivery Dispatch Associate (Dutchie Experience Required)

Zyp Run is Boston's largest cannabis delivery company. We are currently looking for Dispatch Associates. Main responsibilities include the following:

• Picking & Packing Zyp Run Orders (Dutchie Experience Needed)
• Packing Leafly/Weedmaps Orders/ Creating Onfleet Tasks
• Intercom - Keeping an eye on this so nothing is missed. Answer all questions you can and inform management when you don’t have the answer. Please respond to the customer letting them know that you will be able to assist in just a moment. We don’t want messages going more than 2 minutes without a response.
• Onfleet 101 - Learning the basics of routing. Utilizing Onfleets optimization to route the first set of orders for the day. Building routes in staging for when teams get back.
• Customer Service Phone Calls - Handling the company phone and answering customer service calls. Also, as part of this, you will be calling orders that we are going to be late to and offering promo codes when needed following the company's late delivery protocols.

Additional Overview

· The Cannabis Delivery Dispatch Associate will serve as the starting point for all Zyp Run orders.

· The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will work in tandem with both on and off site staff, including but not limited to, Drivers and Customer Service agents as well as with Management - through multiple communication applications.

· This is an in-person employment opportunity.

· Monitoring and responding to incoming phone calls, live chats, texts, and emails, and assisting Drivers and Customer Service agents with delivery routes.

· Set-up and process customers’ orders using POS and Routing applications.

· Confirming, assigning and routing all new orders, and ensuring that all orders are expedited to meet the two (2) hour delivery window assigned to the customer.

· Ensuring that all Driver Agents receive correlating receipts and orders to begin their shift.

· Occasionally package customers’ orders accurately and efficiently, and/or acting as quality control for inventory expeditors.

· Loading all orders into the secure area of the unmarked delivery vehicle.

· Placing outgoing calls, texts and emails to follow up on Drivers and Customer Service Agents questions.

· Manage ordering platforms to ensure that delivery window expectations are met.

· Ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the dispatch and product vault areas.

· Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out of the field.

· Identify operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements.

· Other responsibilities may be assigned by your Team Leader.

· An acute sense of navigating traffic patterns along the I-495, I-195, Rte. 24, and I-93 corridors, and the ability manually adjust delivery routes based on present traffic conditions.

· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Exceptional internet skills, including the ability to leap to multiple screens, tabs, and sites with lighting speed and quickly assimilate and communicate relevant information to Driver and Customer Service Agents as well as Management.

· Excellent at program management.

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong computer and typing skills

· Motivated to support multiple Agents at one time

· Ability to communicate clearly, honestly and effectively with customers and staff in all situations

· Ability to perceive and meet the needs of customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
