What are the responsibilities and job description for the LOCATIONS MANAGER position at Zipcar?
Zipcar is seeking a Locations Manager who will be responsible for leading the identification, management, optimization, and branding of Zipcar locations across their markets. Developing and executing locations plans, building relationships with a wide variety of external partners to ensure great experiences for members, and effectively coordinating and communicating with the fleet team to maximize operational efficiency are key to successful locations leadership.
The Locations Manager must have deep knowledge of the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia regions, you are entrepreneurial enough to take calculated risks, love analytics and trends, can negotiate and maintain a large volume of contracts, and are able to successfully manage a budget.
What you'll do :
- This role has everything : entrepreneurialism, merchandising, negotiations, marketing, business development, analytics, and finance.
- Locations builds the strategy, relationships, and agreements to enable us to optimize and grow our car sharing network.
- Opportunity to make an impact, and develop and grow outside the normal lines of your role to help the business, empowerment, and ownership of your work
