You will be closely collaborating with our talented team of marketers, growth strategists, product designers, and broader organization to help bring Zip’s vision and mission to life.Please note, that we are looking for someone who will be able to come into our downtown San Francisco office on a hybrid basis (2 - 3 days / week).Your Role See projects throughout the entire design process from creative conception to executionHelp expand and grow the Zip brand system across a range of surfaces like events, print and digital ads, webinars, web pages, presentation decks, and more.Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and the product team to execute brand campaigns, product launches, customer content, and more.Partner with animators to create motion-based assetsActively contribute to the evolution of the Zip brand by exploring novel solutions that support our brand and marketing goalsQualifications 3-5 years of experience working as a designer in-house or at a start-upA strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediumsExcellence in typography, color theory, layout, and compositionEffectively able to communicate concepts and design rationaleStrong skills in critical thinking and storytellingEmbrace an iterative design process and be receptive to feedbackAble to work independently, drive multiple projects at once, and iterate quicklyFoster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partnersComfortable in your soft skills : listening, negotiating, and decision-makingHigh proficiency in Adobe Suite and FigmaThe salary range for this role is $135,000 - $170,000.
