About You And The Role
We’re searching for a dynamic Site Launch Leader to join our Business Operations team who can drive the rapid and efficient rollout of our next-generation Platform 2 (P2) infrastructure across the U.S. This isn’t your typical launch role. You’ll own the end-to-end process—from initial construction and integration to operational readiness and performance handoff. In this broad, high-impact position, you’ll build the scalable playbook that powers our expansion, ensuring every new site is set up to exceed expectations.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with significant room for growth. You’ll be at the center of one of Zipline’s most important strategic initiatives, with a clear path to leadership in operations strategy, systems deployment, or global expansion.
This position is based in South San Francisco, CA, and will require up to 50% travel across the U.S. in the first few months as you gain traction with on-site visits regarding our deployment processes.
What You'll Do
This is an onsite role in South San Francisco.
The starting cash range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.

We value diversity at Zipline and welcome applications from those who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. If you like the sound of this position but are not sure if you are the perfect fit, please apply!
