What You'll Do
- Lead foundational technical initiatives for our cloud infrastructure.
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions to our infrastructure challenges and drive forward adoptions.
- Partner with teams of developers to build out best practices around cloud infrastructure and services.
- Scale our ability to manage services by writing software, administering systems, and evangelizing best practices across the software stack.
What You'll Bring
- 6 years of professional experience designing, implementing, and deploying cloud platforms to support internal and external business needs.
- A desire to take on a foundational technical role and guide the direction of cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical expertise in one of Deployments, AWS, Kafka, or Monitoring/Logging.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) and build strong relationships with other software teams.
- Grit, resourcefulness, and resilience to thrive in novel, uncertain, and constantly-changing business and regulatory environments.
Compensation
The starting cash range for this role is $160,000 - 200,000 per year. The final cash pay will depend on various factors, including your experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
Total compensation may also include equity compensation, discretionary annual or performance bonuses, sales incentives, benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
