Driver - Type 4 (CDL)

Driver Type 4 - Overnight / Early Morning (CDL Required) [Full-Time]POSITION SUMMARY :

• Ray of Pay : The pay listed is what one could reasonably expect to earn depending upon work experienceReporting to the immediate supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for delivering all orders on a timely basis as determined by customer needs and company scheduling.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
• Locate deliveries at bakery and load the truck in proper sequence
• Check orders and short sheets for any missing items
• Rotate merchandise, make invoice and credit tickets, and handle COD's
• Responsible for opening up the bakery and turning the alarm system off
• Responsible for properly maintaining the truck or van's air pressure in tires, and checking the gas, oil, and water level
• Check tire wear daily.
• Check items that need service or repair on a daily basis.
• Report any problems to an immediate supervisor.Check with the unit office supervisor to see if needed to assist with other duties.QUALIFICATIONS :
• Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience
• Ability to complete company training
• Operating and maintaining a 25,500 lbs GVW truck or less
• Scheduling
• Available to work any day of the week, 2 : 00AM - 10 : 30AM, delivery route is island wide
• Schedule may vary.

• Clean Driving Record / Abstract
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License
• Type 3 License - 15,000 lbs GVW, Type 4 License - 25,000 lbs GVW\
• Valid Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL)
• Valid Social Security Card
• Valid TB Clearance
• This food handling position requires a TB Clearance by the State of Hawaii, Department of Health
