The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Zippy, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how customers interact with our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience from start to finish. You’ll lead the development of digital solutions that remove friction from the lending journey, using automation and streamlined workflows to create a faster, more intuitive experience for customers and partners.

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Zippy’s platform, reducing friction, improving transparency, and ultimately helping more people achieve the dream of homeownership. If you’re excited about building digital experiences that make a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy and execution for your product area, aligning with Zippy’s mission and business goals.
• Use data, A/B testing, and customer insights to drive decisions, optimize experiences, and measure success.
• Lead the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and iteration.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term impact, ensuring quick iterations drive lasting value.
• Solve complex problems, considering customer needs, business growth, and technical feasibility.
• Work cross-functionally to align teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup, adapting quickly, making bold bets, and iterating to improve.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of product management experience in fintech lending, with home lending experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of how to build and improve digital products, with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences and streamlining complex workflows.
• Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.

Compensation Range: $150K - $160K
