If so our Assistant Site Manager position at Zips Car Wash located at 4040 Winder Hwy Flowery Branch, GA, is the perfect position for you! As our Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the car wash and support the entire car wash experience. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to train the team, drive and deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals!
Starting pay for this position is : $16 / hour Bonus & Commission Pay!

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly mannerEngage customers and enroll and support our Unlimited Wash ClubSafely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smileStrive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guestsConduct daily preventative maintenance program according to scheduleConduct equipment repairs pro-actively and troubleshoot problems quicklyPerform cleaning procedures of the tunnel and equipment dailyMaintain appearance of outside landscaping and ensure all vacuums are functioningAbility to open and close site and facilitate daily operationsProvides ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members as needed to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer serviceEnsure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time on days and shifts managedRequired Skills
1 year of experience leadership in sales or customer service in a professional or personal capacityAbility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environmentHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred : Associate degree or higher in business or related fieldPreferred : Previous supervisory experience including coaching / mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirablePreferred : Car Wash experienceASM_GAFLO_WinderHwy #TalJobs
