Encourage customer engagement and product salesFocus on enrollment and support of Unlimited Wash Club MembersDriving sales growth through increased car counts and revenue per carManage ongoing recruitment processes weeklyOversee training at all sites in your marketSupervise coaching and role playing to effectively teach winning sales techniquesEnsure acceptable speed, convenience, and customer satisfaction at every siteMake sure the appearance of every site meets or exceeds company standardsMonitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenanceMaintain budgeted standards for labor costs, chemicals, utilities, and equipment repairs & replacements, and other expensesConsistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policiesRequired Skills
3 years multi-unit management experience2 years of sales and project management experienceProficient computer and administrative skillsFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsAvailable for traveling between market sites weeklyHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred : Associate degree or higher in business or related fieldPreferred : Car Wash experienceDM_TNMEM_Whitten
