Job Description
In this new leadership role, the Director of Global Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our dental product line and clinical consulting services. This individual will mentor a high-performing sales team, collaborate with other department leaders, and foster strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. This is a full-time, hybrid position in which we ask that you work at least three days a week out of our Buffalo, MN office. This role also requires some travel (based on demand but approximately 15-20% of the time).

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Global Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive global sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, mostly made up of clinical consultants, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Revenue and Profitability Growth: Set and achieve sales targets while optimizing pricing strategies, profitability, and market share across all regions.
- Market Expansion and Partnerships: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in customer interactions, industry events, and trade shows, promoting products and services to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with product launches, market trends, and customer needs.
- Global Market Insights: Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure sales activities adhere to all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in domestic and international markets.
- Innovation Advocacy: Champion the company’s innovative dental solutions, educating the global market on the unique value of the product and consulting services portfolios.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills using a high level of EQ (emotional intelligence).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Salary Range
- $105 – 125K annual base salary plus 10-20% annual bonus
