Minimum Qualifications
8 Years Design and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
8 Years Design organization strategy and data model for multiple Salesforce implementations.
8 Years Design technical solutions for identity / access, data / process integrations, and data privacy for large data volumes
8 Years Experience in end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs : data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, AppExchange products, and custom development.
8 Years Experience in Salesforce implementation, development, and Apex programming.
8 Years Experience with Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. Knowledge of no-code solutions like Flows.
8 Years Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies (e.g., CI / CD pipelines, Metadata API, integration services).
8 Years Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems.
8 Years Solid understanding of cloud-based platform architecture (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, integration patterns).
8 Years Expertise in human-centric user experience and software design principles.
8 Years Well-versed in the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
