Certification (Preferred) : PMP Certification (Preferred, 1 year experience)

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 7 years of Project Management experience
  • 5 years of experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects
  • 3 years of experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework
  • 1 year of Certified PMP

    • Specific skill set required

  • Agile Project Management (including managing Agile ceremonies).E37 : E41
  • JIRA Board Management and reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination.
  • Experience in Data Governance & IT Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of HHSC-IT Project Management Framework.
