1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification
Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP)
Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
2. Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
Microsoft’s Power Platform, including tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform App Maker Associate
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI development and DAX formula creation.
Proficiency in designing data models, integrating data, and creating interactive dashboards.
DAX Expertise : Develop advanced DAX formulas for calculations, aggregations, time intelligence, and data manipulations.
Performance Optimization : Optimizing Power BI reports and DAX calculations for improved performance and faster query response times.
Data Visualization : Select appropriate visualizations (e.g., charts, tables, maps, KPIs) to represent data effectively and enable users to gain insights quickly.
Data Security & Governance : Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with governance policies.
Data Quality and Validation : Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by validating and cleansing data during the integration process
Collaboration & Documentation : Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions; document data models, DAX formulas, and development processes for knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
Experience in optimizing report performance and implementing data security.
Specific skill set required
Expertise in Power BI, including DAX formulas and data modeling.
Skills in data integration, visualization, governance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
