Project Manager

Montpelier, VT (Onsite)

Long term contract

Need Overall 10 yrs of experience is Must

Yes, at least three references from companies or agencies with similar engagements in the last 12 months

Education and Certification

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise in managing projects using hybrid approaches (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience with large Government IT projects.
  • Knowledge of childcare IT solutions (preferred).
  • Experience managing system replacements or upgrades.
  • PMP Certification

Preferred

  • Experience balancing system customization with maintenance and sustainability.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methods

    • Specific skill set required

  • Proficiency in hybrid project management approaches.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite (v2007 ), and Adobe PDF.
  • Experience with phased implementations, working with multiple vendors, business units, and consultants
