Minimum Qualifications
8 Years Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents
8 Years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
8 Years Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
8 Years Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
8 Years Designing mockups and / or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
5 Years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
5 Years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
3 Years Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
3 Years Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
2 Years Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency

Strong business analysis techniques and documentation.
Requirement elicitation and stakeholder interviews.
Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and user story development.
Business process re-engineering.
Wireframing and UX best practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira (preferred).
