Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
- Experience with standard testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JIRA, LoadRunner).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Workday, and familiarity with integration testing.
- Proven experience as a Test and QA Lead in ERP implementations (Workday preferred)
- Ability to lead multi-phase testing (unit, integration, UAT, performance)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must reside in Vermont and work on-site in Montpelier
- ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certification
- 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. (- Hands-on with JIRA for test management)
- Advanced experience in leading QA teams and processes across multiple projects.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Testing Certification).
- Direct experience with Workday ERP implementation
- Experience coordinating between State, vendor, and transformation teams
- Familiarity with public sector project environments
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Basic knowledge of languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to solve complex issues.
- Capability to create detailed test plans, cases, and reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing QA best practices.
- Test strategy creation and execution
- JIRA-based defect and test cycle management
- QA process governance and compliance reporting
- Leadership of full test lifecycle and stakeholder communication
- Defect triaging, reporting, and risk mitigation
- Test metrics/dashboard creation and presentation
