Position Overview :
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions that support our organization's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather and analyze data, and create actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Build and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from relational databases.
- Implement data modeling techniques to create scalable and efficient data architecture.
- Conduct quality assurance and data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of BI solutions.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to BI systems, databases, and data flows.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
