Our business is on a strong growth trajectory, and we are seeking a strategic, business-minded Senior Marketing Leader to further accelerate that growth.Essential Job FunctionsDevise marketing and promotion plans to create awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty, and advocacy.Optimize marketing effectiveness and efficiency via test, learn, adapt methodology.Articulate product pricing and positioning strategies that meet growth and profitability goals.Plan and manage campaigns and / or projects budgets, production timeline, and results.Manage the P&L and grow sales, share, RPU, and gross margin.Analyze competitor and industry trends and create differentiation and competitive advantage.Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, IT, customer service, etc.Define market segmentation strategies, customer journey maps, and customer personas.Develop forecasting models and KPIs for customer segments.Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.Work effectively with internal and external creative agency resources.Be enthusiastic and willing to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.Be a critical thinker with the opportunity to interact with C-level staff daily.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesLeadership : cultivate collaborative and engaged teams that create winning strategies and align actions with objectives to meet and exceed objectives.Critical Thinking Skills : assess and interpret data and translate that information into actionable insights that lead to superior decision making.Functional Expertise : highly skilled at leading a business, strategic planning, brand positioning, and the creation and execution of effective marketing and omnichannel media campaigns.Growth potential : willingness to take on additional responsibilities to grow in role and prepare for advancement (Job hoppers need not apply!).Passionate about marketing products and services that engage and retain customers.Ability to lead teams, projects, and work effectively with employees across the organization.Consumer-centric marketing skillset.Effectively communicate product and marketing strategies and recommendations.Solid technical background and motivation to engage in ongoing personal and professional development.Attuned to modern marketing strategies such as social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, SMS marketing, Internet ads, etc.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results while managing competing priorities.Education and ExperienceUndergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, MBA preferred.3-5 years’ experience with a proven track record of success in marketing and product management preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
